Estarreja once again hosts a night dedicated to new fado talents. On April 3 and May 8, the Museu Fábrica da História – Arroz will welcome two evenings where fado is performed by the latest generation of artists. Ana Rita Prada, José Geadas, Mel, and Francisco Moreira make up the lineup.
This time, the stage is the newly inaugurated Museu Fábrica da História – Arroz. Each night will be held in this venue, with the opening event on April 3 featuring Mel and José Geadas. On May 8, performances by Ana Rita Prada and Francisco Moreira are scheduled. The fado singers will be accompanied by Mauro Resende on viola and Sebastião Pereira on the Portuguese guitar. With experience in fado houses, these artists also showcase their talent through live performances across the country.
In 2023, the first edition of Trampolim featured artists such as Sérgio Onze, Beatriz Felício, Zé Maria, and Filipa Biscaia. For the second edition of Trampolim (2025), Cine-Teatro Estarreja, in collaboration with Museu Fábrica da História – Arroz, presents the most promising names of the new fado generation.
